I have been writing in diaries, journals and to-do lists since I was eight years old. Since my Brain Surgery, I have needed them more than ever. They are one of my strategies to get by. They help me remember the past but also help me in the future.
Although there are many journals and to-do lists available in shops, there is not a journal dedicated to people who are struggling post-surgery.
