Rosette Forming Glioneuronal Tumour (RGNT) is a very slow-growing, rare, and usually benign (non-cancerous) tumour that forms in a part of the brain called the posterior fossa (near the back of the head). It is a ‘mixed’ tumour, meaning it is made of two different types of brain cells that have decided to stick together in a small, organised group.
